岗位职责:
工作职责 1、协助执行招聘工作;如电话邀约,协助面试安排; Assist in the implementation of recruitment work; Assist with interview arrangements if invited by phone 2、协助各类人力资源表数据汇总; Assist in the data summary of various human resources tables 3、协助人力资源部日常工作的开展。 Assist the Human Resources Department in carrying out daily work; 4、负责候选人的体检、背景调查以及入职材料搜集、整理何归档。 Responsible for candidates' physical examination, background investigation and entry materials collection, sorting and filing. 任职要求 1、统招本科及以上学历,人力资源或管理相关专业 Bachelor or above degree in human resource or management related majors. 2、良好的项目管理能力、沟通表达能力 Project management skill, having experience in leading projects, good communication and expression skills with cross function partners. 3、态度积极,结果导向 Proactive and result driven. 4、良好的解决问题的能力,以“行动+方案”为导向,并快速响应 Solution provider. "Action +solution" oriented and quick response to the request raised by stakeholders, environment protection, regulation implementation etc. 5、良好的书面中英文能力 Excellent Chinese in written expression. 6、较强的多元化企业内的跨部门协作能力 Good coordination competence in a multifunctional organization. 7、较高的敬业度和责任感,积极乐观及持续创新的工作态度 High integrity and responsible working attitude. Initiative, proactive and optimistic personality. 8、良好的团队合作精神和自我激励能力 Good team player and self-motivator. 9、按照当地法规、公司政策、HSE政策(健康、安全、环境、安保及节能低碳等)、 行为准则等要求,在日常工作中树立合规榜样。 Comply with company regulations, HSE rules (Health, safety, environment, security and energy saving and low carbon compliance policies), etc. in daily work.
