岗位职责：
工作职责 1.Lead the shift team to perform analysis plan for raw materials, intermediate products and final productsand, complete the inspection tasks. 组织班组执行原料、中间品、成品分析计划，完成相应检验任务。 2.Audit the test results analyzed by analysts to ensure their accuracy and timeliness. Arrange validation if abnormal data is found and report validation results. 检查分析员的检测结果，确保其准确性和及时性；发现异常数据安排验证，并报告验证结果。 3.Carry out perfect shift hand over working. Timely report production anomalies, data anomalies, instrument failures, LIMS anomalies and other special issues. 组织好交接班工作，及时报告生产异常、数据异常、仪器故障、LIMS异常等特殊情况。 4.Implement OJT program for analysts. 组织实施实验员在岗培训计划。 5.Be responsible for HSE management of the shift team. Carry out the investigation and rectification of HSE hazards. 负责班组安全管理工作，开展HSE隐患的排查与整改。 6.Know well about the status of the team members, coordinate and solve conflicts, motivate and guide team members to complete the work better. 了解掌握本班人员状态，协调解决矛盾，激励和指导本班人员更好的完成工作。 7.Carry out 5S work, improve 5S management level of team. 开展5S工作，提高班组5S管理水平。 8.Other tasks assigned by supervisors. 其它由上级主管安排的相关工作事项。 任职要求 1.Junior college and above degree in chemical process, chemical analysis or related Major 具有大专及以上学历，化学工程、化学分析等相关专业。 2.Min 3 years’ working experience in chemical QC laboratory 3年以上化工企业实验室分析工作经验 3.Familiar with chemical analysis, instrumental analysis 熟悉化学分析、仪器分析知识 4.Familiar with GC, HPLC, titrator, AFS and other analytical instruments. 熟悉GC，HPLC，滴定仪，AFS等分析仪器 5.Basic skill of English reading and comprehension. 基本的英文阅读与理解能力 6.Integrity and responsible working attitude, self-motivation ability. 7.Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills 良好的沟通协调和团队协作能力 8.Comply with company regulations, HSE rules（Health, safety, environment, security and energy saving and low carbon compliance policies）, etc. in daily work. 按照当地法规、公司政策、HSE政策（健康、安全、环境、安保及节能低碳等）、行为准则等要求，在日常工作中树立合规榜样。 9.Guide and monitor team member compliance. 指导并监督团队成员的合规性。
