岗位职责：
工作职责 1.Control the quality of the products in the process by the quality management system requirements, ensuring the products are in accord with nation and company quality standards. 按照质量管理体系的要求控制生产过程中产品的质量，确保产品符合国家和公司的质量标准。 2.Carry out management of analytical instruments and test methods to maintain and continuously improve their accuracy and reliability. 开展分析仪器和测试方法管理，保持并持续提高其准确性与可靠性。 3.Solve technical issues on analytical instruments, test methods, etc. 负责解决分析仪器、检测方法等方面的技术问题。 4.Develop and implement OJT program for analysts. 制定并实施实验员在岗培训计划。 5.Support for processing deviation reports (e.g., out of specification, events, deviations, CAPA-Processes). 支持偏差流程处理（如超标，事件，偏差，纠正预防等流程）。 6.Support to investigate raw material or product issues within production and quality issues in the market.. 支持生产过程中原材料或产品问题以及市售产品问题的调查。 7.Follow the HSE management regulations of the company and laboratory, carry out JHA analysis, implement the rectification of potential HSE hazards. 遵循公司及实验室HSE管理规定，开展JHA分析，落实HSE隐患的整改。 8.Implement the laboratory chemicals management regulation, control dangerous chemicals such as hypertoxic, precursor and explosive chemicals strictly. 执行实验室化学品管理规定，严格管控剧毒、易制毒、易制爆等危险化学品。 9.Collect the latest information of test standards and laboratory instruments to continuously improve test methods. 收集最新的检测标准、实验室仪器设备方面的信息以持续改进检测方法。 10.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.其它由上级主管安排的相关工作事项。 任职要求 1.Bachelor and above degree in chemical process, chemical analysis or related Major 具有本科及以上学历，化学工程、化学分析等相关专业。 2.Min 8 years’ working experience in chemical QC laboratory 8年以上化工企业实验室分析工作经验 3.Solid knowledge of chemical analysis, instrumental analysis, proficient in conventional analytical techniques 有扎实的化学分析、仪器分析知识，精通常规的分析技术 4.Proficient in GC, HPLC, titrator, AFS and other analytical instruments. 精通GC，HPLC，滴定仪，AFS等分析仪器 5.Good data analysis ability 良好的数据分析能力 6.Good English language ability in reading 良好的英文阅读与理解能力 7.High integrity and responsible working attitude, good self-motivation ability. 正直、负责的工作态度，良好的自我激励能力。 8.Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills 良好的沟通协调和团队协作能力 9.Comply with company regulations, HSE rules（Health, safety, environment, security and energy saving and low carbon compliance policies）, etc. in daily work. 按照当地法规、公司政策、HSE政策（健康、安全、环境、安保及节能低碳等）、行为准则等要求，在日常工作中树立合规榜样。
