职位描述岗位职责The Head of Service Strategy for Trina Storage will be responsible for shaping and executing the service strategy to support Trina's energy storage products and solutions globally. This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, providing innovative service offerings, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support throughout the lifecycle of Trina Storage’s products.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive global service strategy that aligns with Trina Storage’s business goals and market expansion plans.Collaborate with the product development team to ensure serviceability and support considerations are integrated into product design which is in alignment with our service offerings.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to continuously improve service offerings.任职要求Develop and optimize service pricing cost models and fees structure for various service offerings.
