职位描述岗位职责Lead and manage the delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from inception tocompletion.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, R&D, and commissioning.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and its respective procedures.Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.Oversee procurement of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project team members.Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on project sites, always following the safety procedures and utilizing the correct PPE accordingly.Develop and manage project resource plans, including staffing and equipment needs.Support business development efforts by providing technical input and project insights.任职要求Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. An additional MSc in Engineering or an MBA is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on utility scale or PMGD renewable energy projects and/or Substations.
