岗位职责：
工作职责 Key Responsibility • To enhance the capability of nucleic acid drug delivery system of mRNA platform in WuXi, including but not limited to LNP, LPP, liposome or polymer delivery systems; • To propose study plans, coordinate the implementation of the approved plan, and update the timeline and schedule of the study project; • To establish and optimize experimental methods and processes, and be responsible of training other junior scientist to implement, and improve execution efficiency to delivery in time; • To find and solve the specific scientific problem encountered in the process of experiments. For issues that cannot be solved independently, propose feasible solutions to discuss with supervisors; • Have a good insight into the development trends of nucleic acid drug. Refer to related literature independently, communicate with supervisors in time, lead the executive team to finish corresponding research plan; • To participate in the daily operation, safety management of the laboratory of mRNA platform； • To complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 任职资格 Qualifications • Good conduct, integrity, strong sense of responsibility; Hardworking, serious and responsible attitude, willing to accept all kinds of challenges and pressure. • Have a strong interest in scientific study, efficient learning motivation and ability, good interpersonal relationship and communication skills. • PhD and degree，major in pharmacology, Immunology, Basic and clinical medicine, molecular biology, virology, cell biology, etc. • More than 3 years’ experience in nucleic acid drug delivery, and a comprehensive demonstration of novel methods and ability to solve specific scientific problems; • A strong publication record in molecular and cell biology research. Demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution in research setting. • Have good experience in drug delivery, including but not limited to LNP, liposome, polymer and other delivery systems, and have an in-depth understanding of delivery related technologies and principles. • Master the preparation, encapsulation and propriety analysis of nucleic acid drugs. Be well versed immunological principles such as cellular immunity/humoral immunity, tumor immunotherapy, proficient in ELISA, ELISPOT, FACS and other immunological experiment skills, and have a deep understanding of the principle of nucleic acid drugs especially those in clinical and commercial stage. • Good written skills in both Chinese and English. 立即投递 收藏
