Develop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive 7. Recommend cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing 8. Interact closely with suppliers and Quality Assurance to resolve quality issues 9. Support internal and external audits related to procurement processes and supplier management 2026 graduate, minimum bachelor degree, 2024-2025 graduate with less than 24month working experience is also acceptable. Preferred qualifications: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills 2. Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills 3. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions 4. Ability to take the initiative and drive for results 5. Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery 6. Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment 7. Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships 8. Ability to influence opinions and gain consensus 9. Strong presentation skills 10. Ability to handle contracts management 11. Proactive, fast learner, self-motivated, multi-tasking and performance driven 12. Ability to drive projects and programs to complete them in timeline given 13.
