职位描述 Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Perform issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues 2. Complete productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution 3. Act as HQ/region interface for communicating customer site issues/status and HQ feedback 4. Preparation & validation of BKM’s, procedures, and software spec 5. Provide new tool startup support, hardware retrofits, issues trouble-shooting at customer site Key requirement 资历要求 : Common requirement: 1. 3+ years experience in Semiconductor for CVD tool 2. Education background in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science and/or related fields 3. Strong logical thinking, problem solving skills 4. Able to work independently and as part of team 5. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability 6. Good communication skills, written and verbal 7. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel 8.
