职位描述 Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Test basic functions of plasma and define operation rules; 2. Perform troubleshooting of issues during R&D, propose and validate solutions; 3. Develop and improve key components for plasma to meet required performance; 4. Closely work with related function teams (ME, EE,SW, RF, etc.) and lab support team to get work done; 5. Prepare test reports using problem-solving presentation template; 6. Carry out concept and feasibility study for new plasma; 7. Follow work schedule to ensure results being delivered within committed timeline. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. Major in Physics, Applied Physics, Interdisciplinary related to Physics, or related field in Science and Engineering 2. PhD degree with 3+ year working experience, or master's degree with 5+ year working experience 3. Fundamental knowledge in plasma etching technology 4. R&D experience with plasma processing equipment (etching, deposition, ion sputtering, etc.) is a plus 5. Basic skills in experimental design, data analysis, trouble shooting, report preparation and presentation 6. Teamwork oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment 7.
