职位描述岗位职责：1.实施问题识别、根本原因诊断分析及产品/生产问题解决2.跨团队（工艺、工程、软件、制造、备件等）推动和执行实验室CIP测试和FA，以提高产品功能和可靠性。3.完成与生产力问题相关的实验，收集和分析数据，生成报告供内部和外部分销。 4.作为总部/地区接口，沟通客户现场问题/状态和总部反馈5.BKM、程序和软件规范的准备和验证6.在客户现场提供新工具启动支持、硬件改造、问题排除。1.Perform issue identification, root cause diagnose analysis, and resolution of product / production issues2. Drive and perform lab CIP testing & FA within cross-functional team (Process, Engineering, Software, Manufacturing, Spares, etc.) to improve product functionality and reliability3. Complete productivity issue related experiments, collect and analyze data, generate reports for both internal and external distribution4. Act as HQ/region interface for communicating customer site issues/status and HQ feedback5. Preparation & validation of BKM’s, procedures, and software spec6. Provide new tool startup support, hardware retrofits, issues trouble-shooting at customer site岗位要求：1.物理、电气、机械工程或相关专业硕士或博士学历2.逻辑思维能力强，落地能力强，表达能力强3.具有紧迫感和责任感的自我激励者4.良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力5.精通微软Office产品，包括PowerPoint和Excel6.能够接受国内和国际出差1. MS or Dr. in Physics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields2. Strong logical thinking, hands-on, persentation skills3. Self-motivator with sense of urgency and accountability4. Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English5. Proficient in MS Office products including PowerPoint and Excel6.
