职位描述职位概述：本岗位专注于砷化镓和磷化铟衬底上的MOCVD设备和工艺的开发、优化与验证工作。综合运用半导体物理、半导体器件、晶体生长、薄膜沉积等等领域的知识，在中微自主设计的MOCVD设备上进行实验设计、工艺调试、数据分析及问题解决，为提升设备性能、满足客户严苛的工艺需求贡献力量。主要职责：1.工艺开发与优化： 负责或参与特定材料外延工艺配方的开发、设备调试和工艺条件的优化工作。2.参数测试与数据分析： 操作外延设备，进行工艺实验；熟练运用各种分析仪器进行样品表征；收集、整理和分析实验数据，撰写实验报告。3.工艺问题讨论和总结： 协助调查和解决工艺开发及客户验证过程中遇到的技术问题（如温度漂移、均匀性差、缺陷产生根源等），提出改进方案。4.制定工艺规范、专利申请、撰写论文等文字工作。 1. Perform process development or modify existing process to meet customer requirement.2. Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.3. Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of the company’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems.4. Perform the documentation of process SOP, patent, technology papers, etc.岗位要求：1.博士学历，半导体材料、半导体器件、材料科学与工程、微电子与固体电子学、凝聚态物理、光电子学等相关理工科专业。2.良好的实验设计和动手操作能力。优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能熟练运用数据分析工具（如 Excel, Origin, JMP, Python, Matlab 等）。3.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档。4.有使用外延设备或半导体材料表征设备的经验。5.认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的实验安全意识。6.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。7.具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。 1.PhD in Semiconductor Materials, Semiconductor Devices, Materials Science and Engineering, Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics, Condensed Matter Physics, Optoelectronics, and other related science and technology majors.2. Strong experimental design and hands-on operation skills. Excellent data analysis and logical thinking abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Origin, JMP, Python, MATLAB).3. Fluent English reading/writing skills for technical literature and documentation. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially thin-film deposition techniques.4. Experience with or related characterization instruments.5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to laboratory safety practices.6. Proactive with strong communication and teamwork skills.7.
