Global Employer Services (GES)
Global Employer Services (GES) is a dynamic and relationship-focused specialized business within Deloitte Tax practice focused on supporting our clients' global mobility programs as well as broad spectrum of HR related affairs. As companies grow and become more global in scope, global workforce issues (tax obligations, immigration requirements, remuneration structures and HR strategy & policy) become more complex. Our teams work with some of the largest companies in the world supporting their expatriate populations and tax and HR teams.
GES services include:
• Mobility Tax & Immigration - Deloitte’s mobility tax & immigration specialists draw on extensive knowledge of tax/immigration regulations across jurisdictions to help clients address the complex situations
• Rewards / Employment Tax – developing, designing and implementing reward and remuneration strategies
• Global Workforce – our HR consulting offering partners with organizations to establish future-proof global workforce strategies tailored to client specific business and talent objectives. Using design thinking and data driven approaches to enhance or transform the operational, strategic, and digital aspects of Global Talent Mobility
• Employee Reward Communication – Deloitte develops on-brand creative communication strategies and deliverables for all stages of the employee journey, which enable meet strategic business objectives through emotive, smart, and articulate campaigns that speak to people in ways they understand

Work you'll do:
• Be an integral team member serving a range of multi-national clients, including regionally HQ’d plcs, Overseas-owned or Privately owned;
• Assist with the advising of and guiding clients on structuring and planning international assignments;
• Getting involved in wider mobility structuring and remuneration advisory projects;
• Play an integral part of the delivery of individual income tax and immigration compliance and consulting projects, such as preparing tax returns and computations, preparing visa/work/residence permit applications and performing tax research
• Liaises with expatriate individuals, senior executives, client HR and tax head, and various government authorities
• Develops knowledge of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function
• Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client
• Collects, assimilates, and analyzes data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions for solving problems in the Tax and Business Advisory business
• Applies technology knowledge to address client business challenges
• Develops knowledge of service areas and global mobility service delivery model variations across clients and ensures compliance by understanding individual income tax rules

Work you will do
• Responsible for designing B-end or C-end human resource information products based on HRM concepts
• Refined and planned product schemes from conceptual design, business scenario analysis and other aspects, and prepared PRD and other work contents
• Output product designs and solutions according to users' business requirements and scenarios, and promote development, design, test and other roles to achieve product goals
• Deep understanding of new technologies and ability to use new technologies to empower products, such as AI, robotics, etc

Requirements

• Tax digitalization consulting: providing tax digitalization strategy and planning, tax data governance, tax risk assessment and process improvement etc.;

Work you will do

Work you will do
• Assist in tax research, conducting interviews, and drafting tax advisory reports. Support high-value tax consulting projects under the C2G and C4C initiatives, including but not limited to tax retainer services, business model optimization, tax structuring, supply chain tax management, equity incentive tax consulting, tax treaty benefits application, tax compliance reviews, tax due diligence, R&D expenses super deduction and other tax incentives;
• Assist in handling tax compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions, including the preparation of tax returns , related computations, responding to client inquiries, and addressing tax authority queries in a timely manner;
• Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' tax operations, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business value and strategic advantage;
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data using standard processes and digital tools to support solutions in the Tax and Business Advisory practice;
• Develop expertise in global tax legislation within the Global Tax and Legal function, with a focus on monitoring regulatory updates, including policy changes and practical implementation requirements;
• Identify key capabilities required to deliver exceptional client service experiences;
