岗位职责：
工作职责 1. Taking this role of marketing manager for business development project of Adisseo, he/she would necessarily build up a marketing intelligence platform with focus on BD project of Adisseo, including customer database, competitor and industrial player database et al. 2. For BD project of Adisseo, he/she will be routinely responsible for the creation/translation/conversion of relevant marketing collaterals including literal form, visual concept, and video et al. 3. Regarding marketing promotion activities, he/she should have good connections with industrial counterparties like media and KOLs, he/she is the pivotal organizer and implementer of relevant industrial promotion activities like seminars, advertisement, expo and workshops et al. 4. For building a long term marketing image in China, he/she should devote to develop a strategic marketing plan for BD project of Adisseo China, this includes the dedicated marketing strategies for Norfeed portfolio, Tulip project. 5. To strengthen operational efficiency and quality, he/she should maintain good connections with functional department internally, either put contributions to functional team, or implement synergies with functional team to BD projects. 任职要求 1. Bachelor's degree or above in animal or life science. 2. 3-5 year experience in marketing responsibility in feed or animal industry. 3. Understand feed additive, animal nutrition and relevant industrial context & trends. 4. Strategic marketing thinking, proficient in article written, marketing intelligence & database maintenance and marketing collaterals make up. 5. Good connections with industrial counterparties e.g. industrial medias and KOLs. 6. Fluent written and oral English. 7. Good interpersonal skills. 8. Complying with Adisseo values, he should work closely with team members to drive, manage and deliver job outcomes. 9. Keep safety and compliance is always the first priority, candidates for this position have to fully comply with company and national regulations and compliance et al.
