Job Responsibilities1.Familiar with Automotive Quality Requirement, APQP, PPAP process.2.Lead Potential Supplier Audit, follow VDA6.3 process to qualify the supplier. Implement change management on supplier side.8.Synchronize and standardize global process/procedures.9.Evaluate and implement protocols and methods to inspect and test in-process, raw materials and finished products and ensure that they follow internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for distribution.10.Define and review new ODM product different stages’ manufacturing quality goal and MFG verification plan, lead Manufacturing issues solving and solution implementing; Ensure new product launching smoothly and successfully.11.Manage ODM products from a manufacturing quality perspective to support new product development and launching in global sites.12.Be responsible for all quality related issues at mass production for ODM products, and lead quality issues solving for quick and effective closure.13.Support overseas new production transferring and mass production, set up and review manufacturing Quality KPIs to drive global EMS continuous improvement.14.Drive ODM/EMS to quickly and effectively solve the issues of Carrier audits, OOB inspections and customer claims as an internal E2E owner.15.Regularly review ODM performance and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance EMS manufacturing quality control capabilities.16.Act as a coordinator to deal with arguments among overseas sites/EMS/ODM.Job Requirements1.Bachelor’s degree in electronic or automotive, etc2.Over 5 years’ service experience for Supplier Quality relative jobs in Automotive suppliers.3.Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal team.
