Work you’ll do: • Assist to implement targeted and insightful risk management solutions by delivering advanced research-based, analytically-driven methodologies • Assist to adopt an insight-based approach to assess the clients' governance capabilities, practices and processes, and identify gaps with market leading practices • Assist to augment the strategic impact of risk management solutions by executing research and identifying key metrics, frameworks and leading practices • Assist to increase quality of sustainability engagements by providing data and AIdriven solutions that align with client's strategic objectives • Assist to strategically drive the development and execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans to enhance the client’s ability to identify, evaluate, prioritize and mitigate risks • Assist to perform complex business process assessments and design solutions to improve client’s operational efficiency and compliance • Assist to perform risk analytics and management on third party risks of enterprises, such as vendors, distributors, dealers, agencies etc. • Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador • Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders You are also expected to: • Build own understanding of our purpose and values; explore opportunities for impact • Demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development; act as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understand expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focus on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills • Understand how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business During your tenure as an analyst in Enterprise Risk, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness 任职要求 • Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting, information technology, management, science, engineering, economics, environmental studies or other related discipline • Strong academic performance • Aspires to be a professional and demonstrated strong interest in our profession • Demonstrates active learning capability • Demonstrates ability to comprehend and analyse complex issue in business context • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks • Be able to communicate effectively and relate with people effectively • Demonstrates leadership potential at extra curriculum activities • Be proficient in MS office and other computer software • Willing to travel At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
