Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting Services provide TECHNOLOGY-BASED TAX TRANSFORMATION SERVICES. TTC assists in elevating clients' tax management capabilities, reducing tax risks, and transforming the value of tax function in the business eco-system. Our services include： • Tax digitalization consulting: providing tax digitalization strategy and planning, tax data governance, tax risk assessment and process improvement etc.; • Tax digitalization system implementation: help client to develop tax automation system based on Digital T-Suite, a self developed all in one tax platform; • Intelligence automation: providing intelligence automation service by leveraging RPA, GenAI/AI tools, including automation solution design, development and maintenance, CoE setup etc. Work you will do • Provides enterprises tax digital management advisory service • Applies technology knowledge to address client business challenges • Assists with technology-enabled consulting to support in-house tax digital transformation • Participates in the development of enterprise tax management system including design, development, system testing, deployment and support etc. • Develop RPA+AI solution to help client fulfill the business automation transformation • On-field project work and take responsibilities of certain tasks and activities • Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client • Assists in defining and gathering tax data related to business intelligence and performance, implementation/support of applications, infrastructure and technologies to forecast future trends You are also expected to: • Builds own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact • Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent • Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track • Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills During your tenure as an associate in Tax Technology Consulting, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Building diverse capability, Collaborating, Creating purpose, Delivering value, Driving agility, Influencing, Inspiring, Building the Business, Analytical Acumen, Effective Communication, Delivery Excellence, Managing Change, Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving and Tech Savviness. 任职要求 • Bachelor degree or above. • Major in Management Information System (MIS), Software Engineering (SE), Tax and other related STEM majors. • Tax or accounting related knowledge (preferred). • Experience in information system implementation (preferred). • Good learning skill and has strong logical thinking ability. • Good command of English and Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory and Visio, VBA, Access preferred). • Able to travel and work in high-intensity work environment At Deloitte, we know we’re at our best when we look out for one another; prioritize respect, fairness, development and wellbeing; foster an inclusive culture and embrace diversity in all forms.
